10,000 Bulb update
Due to various donations, fund-raising and help from various members of the Gardening group.
We are now on the lookout for the following:
600 Mixed Daffodils
930 Mixed Tulips
950 Snakeshead Fritillaries
800 Mixed Crocuses
1000 English Bluebells (native only please)
1000 Native Wood Anenone OR 1000 Anemone White Splendour
Just 5280 bulbs to go!
This is an amazing result as most of the fund-raising has been done by our core members. If you can help out with this second half of fund raising or even the bulb planting over the coming months, please get in touch.
Thanks
Drumchapel – 16th September – Kinfauns Drive
our Fourth Guerrilla Garden Event in Drumchapel on Kinfauns Drive, on Wednesday 16th September at 7pm. We will be working on the same site as previously, tending to the existing flower beds and creating some new ones.
Hopefully there will be an opportunity to plant some trees and bulbs from various sponsored sources, but we would this time like to ask everyone to bring a couple of plants or a bag of bulbs with them this time to contribute to the dig. As always the CCA will be providing all the gardening tools and water needed for the event.
We hope to see you all there and details and directions to the site will be sent out for any new comers at a later date.
Again if people could get back to me as to whether they can make it along, then it would be much appreciated.
UPDATE: location is at the road junction beside the B on this map:

We will be the ones with the muddy boots.
